There are no Nursing Interventions. This will give ideas, but you need another book for care planning. Student Nurses, skip this book!

This has only definitions and classifications. No interventions, goals, rationales. I bought this book expecting it to be better than I already had, but it’s much worse.
It is exactly what the name implies, a Nursing Diagnoses definition and classification book. Nothing more. It has no interventions, goals, outcomes, etc. in it if you need to hand jam a care plan and will not help you at all for school purposes.
quality of the book is poor at the very best. I need the research part of the publication and can't access it unless I run to a computer and only if I'm a member of NANDA...NOT my idea of quality. Its printed goggly woggle on the page etc. and it was still expensive.
Gift for fiancé. She is extremely pleased!
